The Winning XI

Built from the game files, not from a scrape

How far does this card actually go?

The game shows you a card. It will not tell you which position it peaks in, what it is worth once every training level is spent, or which of the 1,282 managers suits it. This does.

Three answers the game keeps to itself

The ceiling

Every training level, every booster, every slot, solved for the highest rating a card can reach in each of its 13 positions.

The right position

A rating is a weighted sum, and the weights change per position. The same card can gain or lose a full grade by moving one slot across.

The manager that fits

All 1,282 managers in the game, collapsed to the 75 effects they actually produce, then searched against your side. Bonuses multiply, so the best manager for your squad is rarely the best manager overall.

Checked against the game itself

Nothing here is inferred from a rendered page. The tables come out of the game files, and every rule the engine applies is re-derived from thirty ratings read off the screen, two independent sites, and 38,563 cards from pesdb before it is allowed near this site.

Your own cards, once you have an account

Anyone can optimise across the whole database. Picking the cards you actually own, choosing a manager and saving a squad needs a forum account: the same account, one login, no second membership.
