The banner prints each card at its highest possible rating. The list prints it as drawn — optimise the draw to read it the banner’s way, or open a card for the whole build.
Every card at the top of its range: trained to its cap, under the manager that suits it, with every booster well it still has to spend filled. The marks under a card are the training that got it there. ≥ is a card the game has published no level cap for — it climbs past the figure shown.
